Turn Your Excel Spreadsheet Into a Business Dashboard
If your business already lives in Excel, you do not need another analytics product that graphs the same rows. You need those rows to become clients, jobs, tasks, and dates you can work from. ClientPlot imports your .xlsx or CSV and turns it into an operational workspace.
Excel already has the data
Most service businesses already track clients, jobs, or tasks in a workbook. The pain is not collecting the information. It is filtering it every morning, missing a follow-up that sat in a cell, and rebuilding the same view for anyone else on the team.
A dashboard you work from, not a chart you look at
ClientPlot is not a BI dashboard. It does not replace Excel pivot tables with prettier graphs. It turns spreadsheet rows into records: clients you can open, jobs with statuses, tasks with due dates, follow-ups, assignments, and a calendar.
Keep the file until you trust the workspace
Importing does not destroy your workbook. You upload a copy, check the column mapping, preview what was found, then create an account to save it. Your original Excel file stays on your computer.
More than charts
ClientPlot isn't a BI dashboard that simply graphs your spreadsheet. It turns the information you're already tracking into a workspace you can manage day to day.

How it works
Three steps. No board to configure, and we do not claim a magic model is reading your business.
- Step 1
Upload your spreadsheet
Import Excel or CSV. We read the file in your browser and do not keep anonymous uploads.
- Step 2
ClientPlot organizes it
We identify clients, jobs, projects, tasks, dates, assignments, and other useful fields. If we are unsure, you map the columns.
- Step 3
Work from your dashboard
Manage the information from ClientPlot instead of constantly filtering spreadsheet rows.
Frequently asked questions
Can I upload .xlsx, or only CSV?
Both. Excel workbooks and CSV files are supported. Multi-sheet files are listed so you can pick what to import. Calculated formula values are used when the workbook includes them. See supported spreadsheet features for the details.
Will this build charts from my Excel file?
No. If you need graphs and reports, keep Excel or a BI tool. ClientPlot is for running the work those rows describe.
Do I have to recreate my columns?
No. ClientPlot looks for common names like Client, Customer, Job, Status, Due Date, and Assigned To. If it is unsure, you map the columns yourself before anything is saved.
